Mr Palmer has always been interested in herbal and alternative healing methods; mixing herbs to try and help with any ailments that family or friends suffered with. During his time at university studying Aquatic Zoology he realised his interests were set on a different path, and left in search of healing and spiritual knowledge. When he began his Acupuncture, he was able to piece together what he had learnt in his own studies and gain much more.Acupuncture Clinic Northampton
Ann-Marie's interest in mind, body, and spirit has led her to study and investigate different holistic and ethnic medicinal approaches to healing the body and mind. She has a deep knowledge of meditation and how energy affects the body and mind. As a practising Clairvoyant-Medium she wanted to combine her knowledge of energy clearing and healing techniques including Reiki with Chinese medicine. Q1 - What conditions can acupuncture help?
In general, many people think that acupuncture can only help with pain relief, but the art of healing that has been developed over thousands of years in China is to balance the body, many conditions appear due to imbalances. Acupuncture re-establishes the flow of qi (energy) in the specific channel and can reduce most conditions.
Q2 - How many sessions will I need?
After eight to ten sessions, most people will find their condition has improved by up to 80%, but everyone is different based on the build of the individual. The length of time the condition has been suffered can influence the speed of results and more sessions may be required to address the imbalance.
Q3 - Could I stop after two or three sessions when I feel better?
Yes, you can stop when you feel better. However, bear in mind that at CT Centre our practitioners are using complementary therapies to help your health system, NOT treating symptoms, which we consider as the alarm of a faulty health system. Therefore when a condition improves it only indicates that the alarm has been switched off and not that the root cause has been corrected.
Q4 - Can acupuncture guarantee to treat my condition?
No, considering the aging process and lifestyle continue to have a major impact on our physical body every day, even an improved condition can reoccur due to negligence. Hence no one can claim that treatment is guaranteed.
